Question about the refs

When we fouled them and the ball went out of bounds. Did he just see that they missed the foul call and give them the ball. It was clearly out on them and it was a clear foul on us. They missed the foul. Can the official within the rules actually change the call because they blew the first part of the call? No way it went off our guy and he replayed it.

Im not
Mad about the play. Clearly we fouled but what is the rule there? Anyone know

Looking ahead to next week/ESPN+ games; sign up here

Full disclosure: I just entered in and we are now a part of ESPN's affiliate program to get people to sign up for ESPN-Plus. So if you want to watch ISU/Kansas next week, you have to be a subscriber. If you sign up through this link, you're helping us out. It's a commission type of thing. Not a ton of money but every little bit helps. No pressure or anything but wanted to put it out there. Thanks guys!

CF Tailgate in Orlando (Lot 7)

Do you love tailgating, CycloneFanatic.com, and CF fundraising causes? I do, so I thought we should try to bring them all together in Orlando.

Look for our 40-foot flagpole in Lot 7 (just across the street from the southeast corner of the stadium). Thanks to @isufbcurt for hauling it to Orlando.

We are getting ribs, chicken, and sides from a nearby BBQ joint and will serve Blue Yummies (if not already sold out locally), water bottles, and Iowish Cream Liqueur.

The plan is to serve food at 10am on Saturday morning. Note that I’ve heard that the stadium concessions leave much to be desired.

Proceeds will be given to the Children’s Cancer Connection, this season’s CF charitable cause. https://cyclonefanatic.com/forum/th...make-a-difference-this-holiday-season.253734/

Please reply here (or send a PM) so that we know if we can make sure you get served (and order more food if needed).

Friday OT #3 - At Least Your Name Isn't Michael Bolton

Thanks so much to @MeanDean for this idea! I enjoy your way of describing it:

Was on another site and a guy posted an article where one of the people mentioned was named Kevin Bacon. NOT the the actor guy. Just happened his name was actually Kevin Bacon. (Like Michael Bolton in the Office Space Movie.)

Anyway. People started posting the people they actually knew who shared the name with some famous person - and how they dealt with it - positive or negative.

Jalen Suggs info (recruiting)

https://www.desmoinesregister.com/s...VqdT3Q3bbt0GJj7X5P53ea1YzrIoLjUc6rRbp3RBJV_Zs

"Iowa State remains in contention for five-star combo guard Jalen Suggs. Based on my conversation with him, the football team intrigues him. One of his best friends, safety Craig McDonald, recently committed to Iowa State. Suggs is still considering playing both sports in college, and he said Cyclones coaches told him they'd let him play football, too. (Most high-majors seriously pursuing Suggs are saying the same thing.)"

8 league wins would probably satisfy me at this point, even though that'd mean no post season

Friday OT #2 - Point of No Return

Thanks so much to @cyclones500 for this idea! Here's the description, upon which I cannot improve:

Have you received a gift you didn't like, but since they came from a family member/close friend, you had to pretend to like it or even use openly make use of the gift so it didn't appear you were unappreciative?

Are you in that situation right now, trying to make hot dogs on a George Foreman grill so as not to offend Grandma? What have you got?
