Not that I am not glad to see those clowns that bailed out on our conference burn all the way to last place, but so far the Big 12 has been a wide ride. Glad to see KU lose today because I am still pissed about the way ISU blew that game. Still they are much better than last year. Just mad that ISU floundered that game away with the way the defense played for most of the game. Really looked like a game against Iowa, the way it turned out.

Some sort of new rule. Pokes - Tech. Squib onsides kick recovered by the kicking team. Apparently the rule is if the ball flies up into the air on a squib kick you can call a fair catch after the ball has hit the ground and bounced back up into the air. Crazy. Smooth move by the cowpoke who called a fair catch.

IDK what else to say. What on earth happened the last 3 weeks? They look like a Paul Rhoads team out there

So, a few weeks ago I was shopping around for some vinyl on the ebay. Found some iowa state university records and bought a couple.

One of them arrived in what I believe to be the original shrinkwrap and I'm wondering if I should open it and listen to it or keep it in the wrap. The record is titled The Mighty Cyclones, and was distributed by NAPA auto parts.

We started 3-0 and then lost the last two games for a board consensus vote record of 3-2 against the number on the year.

What's going on with that?? I have only been able to watch the Iowa game. Is he drawing a lot of double teams?

So tonight the wife and I were researching our neighbors property because it's a **** hole with lawn that hasn't been mowed in a few months, garbage piled up every where, the entire old house roof scattered all over the yard (it got wrecked in the derecho), piles and piles of old tires, and a bunch of old broken down vehicles.

First we were shocked that this property has an assessed value of $320,000 (no one in their right mind would pay over $150K for the condition it is currently in) and then we noted that since the current owners bought it in 2015 there have been no property taxes due.

What would cause there to be no property taxes due on a property assessed at $320K?

I plan on taking pics in the morning to pass on when I call the County again tomorrow.

We decided that if the opportunity is ever there to buy this property we will no matter the cost, but we will have to burn the house down because neither one of us want to go inside and see whatever infestation they have going on.

Trailer finally just dropped. Really wish Chris Pratt's voice would have had an Italian flair. Such a miss...
