Elvis drew so much attention. He was larger than life. His early days were something though. Once in forever (or several generations) talent.

Admittedly I haven’t read every entry but I’ve yet to see Nat King Cole. Someone mentioned Karen Carpenter had a voice that was effortless well Nat King Cole was the same. A voice as smooth as velvet.

Lennon and McCartney were 'pretty good' together, the Beatles, duh.

McCartney continued his amazing career, in top form, for about 20 years after the Beatles. Here is one of his best songs.
