Looks like we beat KSU tonight 3-0, but haven't seen anything up. Just happened to see this on cyclones.com. Anyone see the match?

I got home from a commitment just after 8 last night and got on cyclones.tv thinking I'd be picking it up at about the start of he third set. It was already 17-10 ISU. Apparently the first set was pretty back-and-forth with the Cyclones winning 25-23. Maybe looked like another OU battle shaping up. Hurtt was having problems, and Kuhrt came in and had probably her best match to help turn things around to get a little stronger wins in the last two games.

Yeah first set was pretty close, second was a bit easier, and third was a breeze. Kurht did very well subbing and the other usual suspects (Bigz, Capezio, Hahn) all had good nights. We had something like 8-9 blocks in the 2nd and 3rd sets (none in the first) so that was good to see.

The 1st set didn't have to be that close. I think we were up 23-18, or close to that, and made a bunch of mistakes. We should have closed that out better. We had 5 service errors in the 1st, also.

Yep, first set got real tight, second set was about what I expected and by the third set KSU looked like a rec league team. One of their girls got hurt, I think it was in the first set.

Pelger, but she came back in. Just rolled her ankle the tv guy said.
