I mean if we’re getting into nonprofit comparisons, Blum is *technically* the Executive Director. $128,000 with zero benefits would be fine for an org with $7M revenue, maybe a little underpaid even depending on how much those benefits cost him out of pocket.
My point of reference is spending the past 10 years working at non-profits in CR area. That said, I think we can all agree this is not ‘traditional non-profit work’ we tend to think of. Pretending WeWill is a 1:1 comp for feeding the hungry or sheltering the homeless is disingenuous.
If anyone has feedback for the org, you can always request time to speak at a Board meeting. People seem to prefer posting online though
