Refused to cooperate with the school's internal investigation.

Plus you cannot tell me the head coaches didn't know what those assistants were doing.
We literally have a handful of Kansas posters who say that their coaches act as agents of the university but not when they are doing illegal recruitment

Didn't know about the cooperation thing. That definitely makes it look like he knew.

We literally have an Iowa poster who doesn't understand the law and equates it with NCAA enforcement. What an idiot.

How have coaches not ever learned about burn phones? I mean really how many of them have to get caught cheating before one says "I think I will go to quick trip and get a phone where they can't prove it was me on the phone".

It sounds like Kansas was doing both impermissible and illegal things though

As evidenced by your statement, you don't understand the legal case(s). No, the University of Kansas and other universities have not been found to be doing anything illegal. In fact, they are the victims in the cases. In the only case that has come to conclusion, Kansas, Louisville and Maryland all testified for the prosecution and were found to have been victims. There are instances of coaches committing illegal acts. More specifically, there are coaches who have been involved with the fraud upon the universities.

It was actually smart on his part. He refused to cooperate with Auburn and the FBI took his computer and phone so Auburn was unable to actually investigate him.

You would think he would be punished the university for not following their demands.

The coaches may have been on a burner phone. Who knows. But it wouldn't have mattered. They're getting caught because the number they're talking with is tapped, not their own.
