I don't think he ever made it into the league so my guess is no. His size was always and issue.

He was a third round pick by the Saints. Played 3 years in the league. almost 700 total yards from scrimmage. 1 TD. 5 fumbles.

He was a 3rd round pick of the Saints in 1997.

446 rushing yards and one touchdown in 3 NFL seasons.

He played sparingly for 3 seasons.

I don't think he makes the list as he was a 3rd round pick so it wasn't like he was expected to be a stud. Salaam was a 1st round pick and people thought he would be a great NFL running back

Also did very well in the 'pro' league up north. People have had far worse careers since their college days than TD did. Just look east for a former Heisman Runner-Up as an example.

Salaam won Rookie of the year and then disappeared. The Bears had some bad luck with drafting RB's. Curtis Enis, Anthony Thomas. Cedric Benson, to name a few.

Curtis Martin won ROY in 1995.

I wouldn't exactly call Anthony Thomas bad luck for the Bears. Almost 3,000 yards in 3 seasons as the Bears starting running back. Not great, but I don't group him with Salaam, Enis, and Benson.

I could see him making the list, but I'm leaning toward not, like most everyone else. Statistically he is probably one of the top 10 most dominating rushers in the history of college football and he was basically a non-factor in the NFL. His real problem is that he lacked the star power in the media's eye and the team's record while he played was atrocious; those things will probably keep him off the list.

How about Peter Warrick? That dude was a complete stud at FSU. Didn't do much in the NFL. I think he was taken pretty high.

Correct. 4th overall in 2000. Don't know any of his stats off the top of my head.

whoops, sorry you're right. He had a decent rookie year, I mean. Went over a thousand yards. Double digit TDs.

The A-train never lived up to the hype that he earned his rookie year. Never started a full season. He had so much promise as a rookie. Never panned out.

A guy who should make the list, based on the amount of hype he had coming in, is Reggie Bush. The league was marketing him as the next Barry Sanders. And while he's got a ring, he's proven to be nothing more than a glorified 3rd down back.

Rick Mirer needs to be on this list as well.
