Not a lot of people know Fred was recruited by Nebraska to play football.
This isn't about being "Mr. Tough Guy", this is about posting a really dumb idea and then not only not owning it, but doubling down.
What, so you don’t miss our players having the awareness to take half a step back and shoot a three instead of a super long 2?

Yeah - apparently you forgot about that awareness to play defense and not take ill-advised 3s trying to shoot themselves into a game because virtually every player had a green light to shoot 100% of the time.
I don't miss ISU not having the awareness to not shoot a 3 first thing down the court with a small lead and a minute left, leading to a long rebound and quick bucket for the opponent.
Last minutes of 'exciting' Hoiball games tended to be pretty uncomfortable.
