I have a lot on my watch list right now having just switched from Hulu back to Amazon & Paramount+/Max to get NCAA Tournament.

But I have been disappointed in a couple shows that I loved in the past. Big Dexter fan back in the day, but the Dexter: New Blood season was downright bad after the first 4-5 episodes. The last episode was predictable.

Also been disappointed by Reacher. Loved the first season. Second season was OK. Third season has me disinterested. Good thing it's March Madness time.

Honestly not good or bad.

It’s everything you love about the show but Shoresey is in transition. Just watch it I promise you’ll still love it.

“Michaels control your guy” I think about that every day I don’t know why it just killed me.

“Tubings unbelievable”
This season just made me want more than the 6 episodes they gave us.

That Kangaroo Court scene is cinematic gold.

Do you ever really truly want to like a show that the masses seem to love but you just don't get the hype? I have tried to like White Lotus and I just...don't get it. It's a bunch of nothing.
White Lotus all seasons and believe it or not Severance. Have tried it twice now and cannot get into it.

Finished Season 3 tonight but didn't really feel any real compulsion to move quickly to the next episode while doing so. Season 1 was quite good and the others just haven't lived up to that.

Currently flipping between Star Wars Andor and Wheel of Time. I am a sucker for big budget fantasy stuff so liking Wheel. Only even tried Andor out of boredom and have been a bit surprised. Better than the Obi-Wan series and quite different from The Mandalorian, bit dark and really serious. Well acted and produced with really good special effects and a myriad of interesting characters, some to like and some to really hate.

I've watched every episode of every season and am pretty sure I don't like it. I watch out of some weird curiosity.

I think people say they like shows because they think they are supposed to. I don't care what you like as long as it isn't Big Bang Theory. Then go away.

PS - Big upvote for The Pitt. I've really enjoyed that one.

Yeah Reacher wasn't good but people seemed to like it. I don't get it either.

Interesting cause I know you loved Severance, as did I. I love White Lotus (if that’s the right word, cause some scenes are just … wtf). Their not similar shows, but the mystery component keeps me going.

I watched the first two episodes of The Studio with high expectations given the reviews it got from people who I share the same TV interests with. I was kind of underwhelmed. Not a bad show, but a little too over-the-top for what is supposed to be a smart comedy. Honestly the single shot takes are more distracting than entertaining.

It's supposed to be a different take on a mystery where instead of trying to figure out what happened after the fact, they show you that someone died and potentially how at the beginning and the rest of the show is the events leading up to it. So you're trying to figure out who will die, who will kill them and why as you're watching the story unfold. I find it interesting and enjoy the characters, but can understand how it might come across as kind of boring.

Oh I’m aware what it is. It’s just boring

The Pitt is outstanding though, and I'm only like 3 episodes in so far.

I really liked White Lotus season 1 and 2, haven't gotten to 3 yet, although Sydney Sweeney almost ruined season 1 for me, she's just not good.

Still need to start the new Righteous Gemstones season.
