What percentage of plays will Purdy either run the ball himself or pass?

If the running game is good out of our RBs he will run just enough to keep the D honest and when he needs to to make something out of nothing. Otherwise they will try to keep him safe.

I know that doesn't answer the question.

Going on the assumption that there will be around 70 offensive snaps per game, I would guess it breaks down to something like:

20 to 25 Pass
25 to 30 Hand-Off
5 Designed QB run (Could be Brock, Re-al, or a Wildcat set)
15 RPO (could be RB, QB keep, or pass)

I hope he has 0 carries on Saturday's final stat sheet.
This just reminded me of a few years ago when Farley keyed on the RB the whole game just daring ISU to run the QB on the read option so they could repeatedly get hits on him and they did - and hobbled him. Please, no read option Saturday.

As long as he doesn't try to hurdle somebody again, I'm cool with whatever. Lowkey glad he got lit up on that so he won't try it again.
