It's the horrendous lyrics for me. It's like chatGPT wrote emo lyrics but the prompt asked them to run it through a thesaurus a few times.I just can't get past the pop/auto-tune of their songs.
Don't think they fit into any genre perfectly. Muse is one of my favorite bands and they're kinda similar in that they dabble in lots of styles (rock, pop, metal, classical, dubstep)... I agree with the Tool comparison for Sleep Token though - just a different vibe.I'd never heard of Sleep Token but now I can't figure out what they're supposed to be? Is it like edgy pop?
They have gone too far with the auto tune but literally everyone does it now so if you don't you sound cheap by comparison.I just can't get past the pop/auto-tune of their songs.
It's kinda like if Tool and Linkin Park made a love child while MGK filmed it.I'd never heard of Sleep Token but now I can't figure out what they're supposed to be? Is it like edgy pop?
Their drummer is a legit talent. It's kinda like if Tool and Linkin Park made a love child while MGK filmed it.
It's no "Baby Put Your Pants On, Pants On, Pants On", but I'll allow it."Hop Little Bunnies, Hop, Hop, Hop" by Miss Rachel. With my 4 year old granddaughter.
These are the songs playing in my head when I get up to pee in the middle of the night.
I know every word to that song, trust me.It's no "Baby Put Your Pants On, Pants On, Pants On", but I'll allow it.
They're supposed to be Sleep Token. They're unapologetically themselves and people love it.I'd never heard of Sleep Token but now I can't figure out what they're supposed to be? Is it like edgy pop?
I accept their apology. They're supposed to be Sleep Token. They're apologetically themselves and people love it.
