Do you mean a separate ISU account or Ticketmaster account? Either way it’s nuts that people need to jump through hoops because a multi-billion dollar company can’t make things work for its users.
What issues will there be for scanning football tickets this year?

I think either works, all I know is I have always had the ticket sub in my name etc. If I need to transfer them to anyone, they just create an Iowa State account and then I can transfer them. When you transfer a ticket to someone without an account, it prompts them to create an account to receive tickets, I think the Cyclone tix and Ticketmaster account are the same, at least I believe mine are linked together.
I have always done this. I honestly didnt even think about having multiple people log into same account. While I see it as an issue, I also see why only one device can download the tickets etc.
Its just easier for me to have my own account and transfer to my family members on their own account as needed.
Then again I have never understood why people have joint Facebook accounts, etc too.
We (DH) and I have one ISU account. Last year I logged in first to the tickets and then DH couldn’t download any. Both of us can get the parking passes because that doesn’t go thru Ticketmaster.
Wanted to post an update. I downloaded parking and my ticket for the North Dakota game and successfully saved them to my apple wallet. I transferred my wife's ticket to her, she received it but could not save it to her wallet. After installing the iOS update she was able to save to her wallet, all is good.
Also what is the benefit of having 1 account instead of each having 1?
1 can do all the things like buying tix, paying donations etc. and downloading tix, then can distribute tix to others in party on their own account, used for ticket receiving and use. I guess I dont see the issue.
Its the same if you sell your tickets to someone, you send it to them via email or phone number, then they get a link to create an account to receive or to log into their account.
The parking passes had the Apple Wallet option but my season tickets still are not showing the wallet as an option. Hopefully this will update before the first game.
Do your tickets look like this with the bar going back and forth?
If it is, do this:
Your Zoom settings on your phone are set for larger text.
Go to settings, display & brightness, then down to display zoom. It should be on default and then the button will show up to allow you to put them in your wallet.
I have andriod ph and trying to load tickets in Google Wallet... (Like I have for years now). This time it's asking me to sign in with a google account. I've never had a google account before.
It always worked all the other years without ever having to take the extra step of signing into google wallet. I think I'm screwed on getting them into the wallet this year. Take my chances on game day to see if the bar code scanner works? Do I have to create an new wallet account? Any suggestions would be cool.... Thanks!

Been awhile since I’ve posted something. I was on the install with the new cell phone antennas at Jack Trice last year and this spring we went back to tune them up. They should have better coverage but I asked about the coverage at the gates. The engineer said that the antennas out in the parking lots (I didn’t deal with those) were turn really high or what we call “hot”. Those antennas out in the lots are “bleeding” into the outside of the stadium and is causing signals to cancel.
The company who did the work in Jack Trice sent the data to Iowa State and the cell companies. Best thing to do is to download your tickets before getting close to Jack Trice or you may not get service nearby until they fix it.

Mine are visible in my ISU Ticketmaster account. I don't think we've gotten our annual packet with T-shirts though.
