IDK, not taking anything away from Toledo, but when I visualize what Creighton did to us last year, and how well Drake played a good Louisville team...our staff does need to do 'something' with our offense. And, no, I don't know what it is exactly. I've always been impressed with the numerous 'plays' that Bill runs that get us a bucket, etc. But, I just don't think you can remain the same Emily dribbling show, while a Carlton for four years or a Joens for 5 years is the obvious player we're going to. And I loved watching those kids play. I know people have said that we've been pretty darn successful over the years. But for all the people making fun of Kirk Ferentz doing the same thing over and over, when good couldve been great, aren't we kinda at that point? And this is in 'NO way' a fire or retire Bill calling at all. Just think we need some 'new' with the old.

Diversity and growth is always what one needs to improve. Couldn’t agree more. It’s also why I felt like there is a good opportunity for positive change next year.

She was a back up for Lee but hardly saw her play this year.

I actually remember her from previous years but not his year. Thought a few years back "project" player but maybe could be rim protector in a rotation if she developed. Guess that didn't happen.

Was a bench warmer at K-State but 6'7 is 6'7.

She only played in 20 games for a poor KState team, averaging 7 minutes. I don’t see anything about injuries limiting her availability. It appears KState went small most of the year, with 4 guards and a forward. Hard pass.

I've been on vacation the past week, so here's a week worth of updates:
  • Kohl and Feit removed from the list
  • Lexy Keys and Madison Conner added to the list. Both are guards with 2 years of eligibility left.

Lexy Keys would be an excellent get

No idea if there is interest or not...

Saw this yesterday, surprised as her dad played for OK State and she was one of their best players. I would at least see if she was interested in playing for us.

PS:
They are also losing Keys to the portal Collins played in 33 games and scored 314 points shooting 61.8% while Keys played in32 games scored 302 shot 36.3%
