I tried slaw on pulled pork sandwich and it really did nothing for me. Maybe if it was a more vinegar based slaw but I don't know, the textures just didn't seem to fit.

Most of the places in Iowa have it or offer it that I have been to.

Ones I've had are heavier in mustard and do have that vinegar type base also. Less sugary like the typical midwestern slaws are.
