Two more friendlies in the next couple of days for the USMNT. First up is Costa Rica in LA tomorrow (Friday) night and then against Belgium in Brussels on Tuesday. Klinsmann has called in a pretty strong squad for the matches. Jozy is in camp for the first time with Jurgen at the helm. Donovan and Dempsey are going to be tag-teaming the matches with Landon staying in the US and Clint joining the team when they get to Europe. I'm most excited to see Timmy Chandler getting the call for the US again. He was impressive in the matches against Argentina and Paraguay and the US needs all of the young talent that it can find in the player pool.

I don't think he's tied to a country even if he plays for Mexico's U-22 team. I don't know that he'd shun Mexico for the US, but it's still a possibility however remote.

Bornstein hasn't even been called into a Klinsmann camp yet. Although I don't think Castillo is much of an improvement. Lichaj looked pretty solid at LB during the Gold Cup even though he's wrong footed for the position. Really looking forward to watching Chandler tonight.

The US is doing some nice things in possession but other than Landon's wide right they can't find a good final chance. Need some magic to get the ball in the net in the second half.
