So the Pac did poorly enough in non-conf that they are just stuck this bad during conference play and ranking systems basically see them like a poor low major?

Crazy given the one game we played against them was a loss and we're up a top 20 team in all of the rankings. Outside of our game that must have been a horrific non conference.
