Update 29-6 with fieldgoals by Shaggy of 28, 38, and 48 yards and a safety by Parker. A real offensive barnburner. A battle of behomouth offenses and gargantuan defenses.

Somebody smack Bryceman in the head, he's been reading Darts180's posts too much..

Never mind, Brycemann edited his original post, this no longer applies...

I'm going with 35-7. I'm hoping the coaches really open up the offense, and that everyone still looks good after the half.

I saw UNI struggle early against a then 0-3 South Dakota State team (yeah, it was the same day as the Iowa game...I still haven't watched the second-half replay of that game. Don't need to...my Hawkeye friends have told me all about it). Anyway, the Panthers have a good running back (transfer from USC or some such power). Sanders is a decent QB...good arm, but receiving corp doesn't appear strong. Would kill for their kicker (why can't we recruit like that?). I know it was in the dome, but he buried all of his kick-offs WAY out of the end zone. Really strong leg. Heaven forbid that it would come down to a 55 yard field goal because this kid could hit one. UNI defense doesn't look particularly strong. Our offensive line is bigger and more physical. Their O-line is pretty thick. Bottom line: if we don't win by 20, Mac & Company should resign. We play to our potenial and it could get ugly. I'd love to say Cyclones by 40 but this offense hasn't shown me anything yet. Put me down for 31-13.

Clones up 21-10 after 3 quarters, UNI scores a TD w/ 5 mins left but fails to recover the ensuing onside kick.
