No reason/excuse they can't muster up support.

Related question - how much does the campus life impact ones commitment to a school? Why do "campus" schools have better fan bases than "commuter" schools?

Actually there is a really good reason why they don't have support... They are horrifically bad.

Still, wouldn't you expect some friends and family to come. If nothing else, they get an opportunity to see "their guy" maybe put 20 points on a ranked Big 12 team.

The only excitement in the game was those guys. Specially liked when the score was at 28 and chanted not 30. Kanga- rooooos then clanked a free throw. The whole crowd should have chanted KANGA-ROOOOS. Or called out a seat number to play with them.:idea:

I could see the guys from our seats. They were really funny, but without overdoing it. Kudos.

Beating a WAC team is far better then saying we beat one of the worst teams from the Summit League. I'll take it.
