It could get interesting if Iowa ever offers... (my opinion because he grew up an Iowa fan pretty sure)

His mom went to ISU and his family likes the idea of him being close to home. (I work with a very close relative)

Not worried about it. The days of Iowa slow playing the in state kids and swooping in late with offers and getting commitments are over. Kirk HATES offering the instate kids early and our staff is really cutting into the stranglehold that Iowa once had.

He’s only a junior in high school and is already 6-9? This kid could end up being over 7 feet.

This is a 2020 recruit, so KF has plenty of time to go after him, if he wants. I like that CMC goes after the guys he wants early, and then stays on them. Can't say that Iowa will not get some of the in state guys, but this is way better than giving up before even trying. Success will allow ISU to get better guys. and OL is a place that needs better guys.
