Not to be harsh, but they are not B16 material.
They are really good kids, and really nice kids too. But that's their problem.... VERY soft.

Lol told ya
InB4 "IU and Purdue were sniffing around"...
Fran recruits only the smelliest players.Duke and UNC too probably.

Is there anything more Fran McCaffrey then taking two guards in the early signing period with no major conference offers? And they wonder why they struggle
And will take the Murray kids when Foster commits to ISU next month too.

I think racial diversity may be Fran's biggest concern in this class. Otherwise, I've got nothing.
lol yeah... a real stealProbably a decent pickup considering what they’ve normally been getting at guard.
I’ve heard Pemsl status as a hawk is up in air
don’t be surprised if he pops up on a mid year transfer list. No idea how his eligibility would work though
@CyTwins you heard similar?
Heard Iowa might take those two legacy kids nobody wants for 2020 after realizing Foster wasn't going there. Trying to get more info
Offers came for them in 2020. Source is solid and heard it's because they know they are out on Foster but I guess they could pull his kids off scholarship and play 15 guys

Moving your post from the 2020 thread here, if you don't mind. Keep ISU's recruiting thread with actual power 5 recruits.. lol
HawkeyeInsider put in 2 crystal balls for both these guys today.
I wonder if Sean Bock has written anything on 247. He felt good about his Foster to Iowa CB a month or so ago. Gotta think he now realizes that was foolish.
Nearly 50% of his rosters have been taverhawks and legacy recruits. Looks like he wants that to be closer to 75%.I hope Iowa never gets rid of Fran.
