Eh...wrong place and wrong time consistently, IMO, doesn't completely let a guy off the hook.

I agree. I used to think maybe JT was in trouble because of the other players on that team. I no longer feel this way. Would any of us be "shocked" if one day we read that JT was shot and killed or arrested for gun play? He just doesn't get it!

I don't see why he should be punished here. He was shot at, he didn't do the shooting. In fact he was with a Pacers Equipment Manager who was shot.

He certainly has been able to find trouble in Indy which could hardly be considered a top tier town relative to being seedy.

My guess is that he could find trouble...even in pristine SLC!
