I thought it was immature at best. Writing about drugging an intern and riding in on a tractor is just a poor attempt at junior comedy. The analysis he provided was decent, but still under researched. If you are reading it just for fun, then smile away. I guess I just find it a cop out when you sell the same old hick farmer nothing going on in Ames, we're all about meth. Even comedians spend hours on their act.

He just reads like someone who could be good, just doesn't want to put the effort in. So he'll be snarky instead and that'll be funny enough. Reminds me of guys on message boards. Well, maybe not exactly

I didn't read the article. BUT, last year we had a grand total of two wins, and this year we've replaced our entire coaching staff and are installing a completely new type of offense. From an outsider's perspective (or even from an insider's perspective, really), is it really that difficult to believe that someone would only forecast one win for us?

You're correct, but if you did read the article, you'd see the guy is being a complete ********* while making his forecast.

Oh well. Guess it's not the first time someone was mean on the internet.

I disagree with most of what he said, and nearly all his conclusions, but the guy is kind of funny. If he wrote these things about another team I'd be laughing, and I did chuckle a few times even though he is speaking about the 'Clones.

Let's not get all emotional about trash talk from a Texas fan. I read through some of the blog and it was dished out to every other team (except texas) pretty evenly. Look up the A&M preview, it's pretty similar.

That being said Texas fans are living in a dream world where they think they're playing for the NC game this year. Sorry Texas, Vince Young is gone and so are your NC hopes. If they're lucky enough to beat OK, they'll probably overlook an OSU or TT like they always do.

Plus texas fans are a bunch of bandwagoners (like hawk fans) and they dress up like pretend cowboys.

My son is in 5th grade and he could write better than this... as far as being funny ?? I am lost on that ... Not to metion calling players and our coach names , no not funny .I am saying he can have his opinion ,I for one think its not based on much truth ....so whatever ? (Just my opinion) and since he shared his Im sharing mine. Go cyclones !!!
