Football Writers-National Football Foundation dropped ISU three spots to 13, for reference.

I really hope we get a little healthy for this stretch run.
Health / injuries are what is going to determine if this is "just" a great season or a truly historical one.

It looks like KSU is going to be the play in for the CCG, and having 4 straight before that (with a couple physical teams in there) will NOT make it easy on the bodies.

It would be great if Tech, KU, and UU (after playing BYU) would just totally start mailing it in from here on out...

Myself and seven others will be coming to Ames for the game/homecoming. Been a few years (2019) since we’ve been back for a game.

Any good tailgating ideas for people that will be coming from out of town like us? Most of us will likely be getting to Ames Saturday morning. Good spots for food and drinks before the game? How about dinner recommendations for celebrating a cyclone victory?

TTU has a very capable offense and a sometimes opportunistic defense. Team that puts a complete game together wins. Neither has done that so far.

Not sure what the injury was tot heir starter, but that would hinder their offense id imagine. Probably would run it more with Brooks.

If the Tech freshman quarterback plays the game could be easier to win. I was more worried about their team when they were undefeated in Big 12 play. The only reason I don’t see us winnning this game now is if we fail to perform up to our capabilities due to something unforeseen. As far as the weather goes, they have to play in the same weather we do. So we should not let that limit us. I like our chances.

Getting a win is a must, but we also need to start putting up some style points with the national audience. The playoff committee will be looking for reasons to put one or two loss teams in front of us. We need to beat the crap out of Texas Tech and make a statement.
