I was able to get a free trial with Sling signing up through my Sony smart tv directly using the app. When I tried to sign up on my computer through browser, no free trial option was available.

I’m trying to get sling now but it looks like they no longer offer the free trial. They give you half off the first month.

Edit: I’ve tried through my phone, my kids iPad, my Roku, and an AppleTV. No dice.

They already are. LHN ends when Texas joins the SEC and becomes SECN2.

Yeah, that's not true. They're just shuttering the channel. It's not becoming SECN2.

For any Direct tv users, just call them and tell them you want to get LHN 677 for the night. The guy said the package is $13.99/mo but gave a $10 credit, so it’s $3.99 for a month. With upcoming conference tourneys, it’s not a horrible deal.

I wonder if the ESPN executives who pushed for the LHN have that follow them around the rest of their career. Imagine always being the guy that signed off on it. They basically gambled that Texas was going to be THE Supreme athletics program in the country for the next 10-15 years, and their football program went into perhaps it's worst era in school history.

I have YouTubeTV and ESPN+ in California. Maybe it's because I'm out of market, but I'm seeing that I will have the game on ESPN+ tonight.
