I know nobody cares about the womens tennis program, but I still think its interesting when a new facility is being proposed. Ames Racquet & Fitness sold their old facility and is building a new one sans indoor courts. Pretty sad that was being used as a D1 college sports programs facilities. Dickson Jensen comes through again.

Love the "option to buy for $1" clause at the end of 5 years. That's a really nice donation.

Bargain purchase agreement. Essentially Iowa State will have to put the facility as an asset on their books because of this. Basically is a rent to own scenario. #Accounting

Right over an existing detention pond. Guess it's going underground!

Man I'd love to be a developer and own all that property.
