I can speak for Dish only (others can fill in the gaps). The game is on channel 148 in Georgia and Iowa only.

For those with DirecTV, there is a channel (from 730-733) that will be dedicated to the game as long as you are in central Iowa. I don't know if it applies to the entire state or not. If you don't have that, then online is about your only option. At least ESPN3 has been pretty reliable in carrying everything so far (that I've seen, anyway).

I got the first game in CR on DTV without Full Court.

Nope, only if you want the see what's on the other channels at other times.

You can not get full court now as the season is over but you can pay $16 each day and get all four regions games.
