Caught the St. Joesph v Syracuse game last night, while traveling in Philadelphia. Tasheed looked really good, he's playing the PG position for St. Joeseph, in what looked to be a 3 guard set. A lot of poise, handled and dished very well. He's a junior now, would have been a senior on this team, i believe.

His final line: 5-8 shooting (2-4 3pt range), 13 points, 9 Assists, 6 boards, 2 turnovers, in 34 minutes. But more impressive was how he ran the game. Solid handle, good dishes, knew when to push and when to lay back. His game has improved markedly from two years ago.

Stinnett and Carr in the back court would have been awesome. Looks like we need to wait for Eckmeier and Barnes to get some shooting power.

He did have a Carr moment to end the game though. (Not to say everything he did was bad. But, he did lack poise which ultimately contributed to his downfall at ISU.) Took an ill-advised rushed 3 at the end of the game to tie it up. Luckily for him his teammate rebounded and got the put back while being fouled.

You are right though, overall looked very good. Played solid defense and had confidence in his shot.

Carr waqs a terrific player and an even better person. Two more years at ISU oh what we missed.
