Super Early Bowl Projections

They are projecting Iowa State in the Alamo Bowl again. This time against Washington. What are people's thoughts? Would you like to be in San Antonio again. Will Iowa State earn a better bowl? Will they be in a worse bowl? Football season will be here before we know it.

There isn’t a better bowl for the Big 12 unless we are New Years 6. Obviously that’s the goal.

But I’d be happy with another Alamo.

Good, now my expectations would be really low .

Doesn't matter as we love a lot of places outside the riverwalk as we used to go down there once a year. 10+ years in a row when I was young, and then 6 recently with my now wife.

Alamo Bowl would be another successful season. Definitely would not complain. Texas and OU will be tough outs next year.

Definitely. If a few (important) things come together, I think we have a shot at a NY6:

• The offensive line has to improve quite a bit
• The young RB's need to step in and collectively replace Mongomery
• The WR's need to step up and collectively replace Butler
• The young corners need to be ready
