Melinda's has got to be my favorite. In most grocery stores, great balance of spice and flavor in the original. Great with burritos, eggs, anything

Cholula, and it's not even close. Makes crappy frozen burritos edible and elevates real food!
Yeah, if I could only have one hot sauce for the rest of my life, it would be either Cholula Chipotle or Cholula Chile garlic. They are consistently the best.

Testifying
I like sriracha, but it's kind of it's own unique thing.

Cholula on eggs/omelettes/skillets is fire
Been putting this on my eggs. Good stuff.

In terms of big brands, Cholula is my vote. Not too hot, but great flavor and versatility. Plus they have some great other flavors besides the original.

I'm not a huge fan of the normal Tabasco (too vinegary for me) but I do love some of their other flavors. The Chipotle one specifically have become a staple in our fridge.

TRUFF is different than most hot sauces. It's not very spicy at all, and has a distinctly savory flavor to it, due to the truffle. It probably doesn't have quite as wide of a range of applications that other sauces do, but it's not bad.
Oh, I actually might have had this before and it was really tasty.

Couldn’t remember the brand, but my wife definitely brought a truffle hot sauce home once and it was excellent.

I would like to try this. Is it pretty widely available?
The chipotle Tabasco is in bigger grocery stores in the small bottle, we found it at hyvee. But the gf sucks down so much tabasco in the first place, and its so gd expensive in the little bottles, I started buying her the glass gallons of regular, then the chipotle too.
