I seem to remember a post awhile back where some jobs would randomly be added to let people know. I've tried searching and can't find it. Otherwise I'd re-read that and post accordingly.

I remember that one. Thank you. Seems like this was a few months ago and someone would randomly add more job openings they would receive from a recruiter.

I do like the idea of a CF Job Board so to speak @ChrisMWilliams Hell get MechDyne to sponsor it and the can have a sticky sort of thing. I know I received some support from some CFers when I was laid off 8 years ago and could have cast a broader net. Cyclones helping Cyclones

I think a job opening thread/forum is a good idea but maybe make it opt-in? Or able to opt-out anyway.

I have 2 entry level jobs open right now as well - sales rep and repair coordinator. If you or someone you know is looking. Relaxed work environment, great benefits. The sales rep job in particular has high-income potential in the medium term. Office based in CR/Marion, can do some hybrid, but not really looking for remote based.

No particular degree or experience required, but motivated, competitive, intelligent will be successful. If you have been good at buy/sell of used cars, but are tired of weekends, nights, and wiping snow off cars in the winter... message me!

I think it would be a fantastic thing to allow a thread or some type of place to keep different industries and jobs posted. The more the merrier I think. It's like linkedin, or having a brotherhood (fraternity) network as well and cyclones helping cyclones is important.

Why would Chris give a crap if someone posts a job here? It's been done before with no issues, which others have already confirmed in this thread - I don't think it's necessary to have Chris reply directly.

I'm more curious why he wants to post it here when he's not the one hiring or even working for the company..

SHE is helping the team in casting a wider net with the applicant pool. Plus SHE knows there's a chance someone on CF has an engineering degree(s) or related degree(s) and/or experience that might be interested or know of someone that would be interested.

You might ask the same question to those that have posted about open positions they know about...although they also don't work there or aren't doing the hiring.
