The terms "blizzard" and "wind" are really freaking some people out. From the sounds of it we may only have to worry about rain in the morning. Really don't see a reason why they would cancel morning classes.

My guess is Monday of this week was bad in the AM and caught many off guard, throwing that notice on the website is a bit of a "we're on it" type of move. My bet is business as usual tomorrow.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. There have been like 17 snow days since I came here in 2011. I look outside and just say "nope" and go back to bed.

I remember that day! Crazy how we suddenly got hit by that freak of a storm last August. 14 inches of snow in 14 minutes. *Moment of silence* One of my roommates was terrified to go to classes for the rest of the semester following that day.

haha, there was a spot North of Gerdin on that road with Farmhouse on it that ALWAYS had a nice area of black ice. A day didn't go by without a sniper hit.

There was one Saturday in October or November where there was a ice patch right outside our house. We were smoking hookah out on our porch and watching the walk of shame girls just break their *** on the ice.

Ironically, I believe the street is actually called Farmhouse Road. And as far as the black ice, last Friday the path around the Hub was pure ice rink territory. I walked in the snow instead to prevent public embarrassment because, let's be honest, you always smile when you see someone go down.

I hate that road, and with all my classes in Hamilton, Kildee and Ross Halls, I'm always around it.

I will never walk it again until the temperature is 50+ so I can be sure there is no ice.. Don't wanna risk it. Although, this guy on Monday before class totally did. It was like 7:50 and I swear we were the only students evidently braving the snow out and he straight up ate ****. Best part was, I could see him laughing about it from 100 feet away before we passed each other.

Meh, I only had 1 class and it only lasted an hour. We spent a solid 25 minutes passing out our tests from Tuesday.
