Sheldon Croney Shot Himself in the Hand..

Iowa State running back signee Sheldon Croney suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his left hand on Tuesday, according to Bakersfield (Calif.) Police Department sergeant Joe Grubbs.
Croney and “a juvenile friend†found a handgun that belonged to the friend’s father at a Bakersfield residence, according to a police department press release. Croney accidentally shot himself, according to the report.
Croney’s friend transported him to a second Bakersfield house, where police were dispatched for a victim of a gunshot wound at 2:29 p.m. , according to police records.
The Bakersfield Police Department did not have an update on Croney’s condition.
Croney was a signing day surprise for the Cyclones this past February. He rushed for 2,271 yards and 32 touchdowns for Ridgeview High School. Newcomers, including Croney, are expected to arrive at ISU in June.

You did it. You actually made me talk out loud to a gif: "No, don't do it!" For the love of God, has he never seen someone shoot a gun, not even on the boob tube?
That gif, with the moron shooting; we'll call it 'from the hip', with a bolt action precision rifle is the greatest thing I have ever seen on the interwebs, and I grew up in the 90's. I've seen pretty much anything worth seeing on the interwebs. I watched the birth of modern day electronic society and grew with it, and you have now officially blown my mind.
For what it's worth; that guy know's he isn't supposed to be shooting the rifle that way. You can tell because he's taking a deep breathe to release nervous tension whilst jumping up and down to do get his 'focus' in line before attempting. Probably a bet.
