i only saw one of the fumbles and really was not even his fault.. and ya who cares about the 2 fumbles right now.. he won the game as a starter and its clear as day that he should be either starting for them more often or he needs to find a place that will start him

Had to give Sage props for a great game. 27/36 209 yards; 3 TDs and no INTs! Go Sage! He deserves to be a starter somewhere.

He did fumble twice however.

Why is it that no matter what the subject, no matter how good the performance some people on this board always dwell on the negative. Sage had a good game and won. Why is it that some people can only talk about the two fumbles. It just gets a little old.

Iastfan112 only typed 5 words! its hard to call that dwelling ...

TOs are statistically huge when it comes to predicting the winner of an NFL football game. As of the 2005 season they predicted winning better than rush yardage, pass yardage, or time of possession.

Sage is up and down, he seems to be superman when coming in late in the game while very average when starting up to this point in his career. This game was a great step in the right direction of getting that turned around.

Everyone on the board (with the exception of Southernhawk) like Sage and wants him to do well. You can relax in that knowledge.

Let the sacrifice begin... But I seriously believe that Sage is the best Cyclone QB in recent history.

I know Seneca is the popular choice and has the better stats, but Sage started the upward swing in ISU football. Plus he was a great person too while at State. He was a warrior out there that took hits and came right back.

Also he did do a good job directing the band the last game his senior year. I'll never forget him climbing the ladder and directing toward the end of that game
