We were looking at an elliptical on ****'s website but didn't order it. Then an hour later we got an email from them thanking us for our order. We called ****'s and they would not stop the order, then called PayPal and entered a dispute with them and called the credit card company and entered a dispute with them. We then got another email from ****'s that our order is on it's way. Anyone have something like this happen or have any advice on anything else we should do?

Never had that before. Did you put it in your cart and start the checkout process?

I'm concerned we will get stuck with some of the $160 delivery fee. If it was delivered to the store no delivery fee - that is why we weren't going to order it because of the delivery fee. Just seems stupid that they wouldn't just cancel the order when we contacted them within an hour of it being ordered.

There is no reason good reason why they couldn’t stop your order. Even if it shipped (which it didn’t) they could still get it turned around and just charge you a restocking fee. Seems like bad customer service.
