If we don't have a college footbal czar that can put some actual rules into place....this will be happening a ton. (good college coaches going to NFL)

If the pay is roughly the same, why would a coach stay in college where they are asked to always be A) re recruiting your existing roster and B) hitting the road to recruit new guys

It has never sucked this bad to be a college position coach. I'm dead serious about that because the current system forces them to recruit every day of the year. There are no tampering rules right now which puts them in a terrible spot.
