Wasn't it "Pitcher"? As in, Billie Joe's Pitcher Show? (always thought that was a little clever) ((saw The Wall there one night absolutely blottoed))
Drank a lot of $2 pitchers at rocky's upstairs.Rocky’s Place upstairs, with $2 pitchers. Only RR’s location with a bar. Was often a starter or mid week spot, along with free beer at winstons/tazzles before 9:00.
Then they gave you 50 cents back for darts or pool. We’d make one game last nearly all afternoon and have 1.50 pitchers.Rocky’s Place upstairs, with $2 pitchers. Only RR’s location with a bar. Was often a starter or mid week spot, along with free beer at winstons/tazzles before 9:00.

Loved Rocky's back in the college days. Good pizza and I can't believe anyone has not brought up them breadsticks. I haven't had breadsticks as good as those since they left Ames.
This feels like a bootleg Godfather's motif.
I still prefer rectangular pizza.
The Rocky's by our place in Wisconsin has a drive through that you can grab lunch slices at. Really nice.
Besides Shakey's by the Ice Arena, the one I miss the most is Happy Joe's. Especially those old Happy Joe's with the arcade in the front and the window to the kitchen.
I did hit a couple of Happy Joe's while traveling for work in Iowa a few years back and they just didn't seem the same. Pella, Muscatine and Maquoketa and none were the original Happy Joe's building/set-up.
When I was at ISU there was Rocky Rococo’s on Welch, that awesome deli back behind the gas station on Welch- was it Davinci’s Deli?, and there was also the Burger King on Lincoln Way just up from Peoples on the corner. Those were the days! Best times of my life..... not even close!
