What is that....four different SEC teams we've been paired with now in the Independence? Auburn, Arkansas, Kentucky and now South Carolina. If we do land in the Independence then SC or Kentucky would be ok by me.

I have seen predictions of Georgia too.

Would much rather play South Carolina or Kentucky than Arkansas, Georgia, or Auburn. Those last 3 teams I just don't think we would match-up very well with.

South Carolina does have a pretty good defense but their offense struggles. Plus to be honest I don't think they would be that motivated to play in that game.

Hmm, now that would be a match-up years in the making. Weren't we supposed to play South Carolina in the Independence on our second trip? Then they got in that big brawl in their last game of the season and were banned from the post season for that year. Then the SEC couldn't fill the slot and we got Miami (OH) instead.

Strange for S Carolina to play the two Iowa teams back to back. Unfortunately, for them this bowl would be big stwp down compared to last year. I like this match up though.

south carolina is completely useless by the end of the season - did you not see the outback bowl last year?
