I didn't know WV was missing guys and that was a big reason for their rough start.

Can they get to Quad 2? That game at ISU will be tough by then I think.

Could they? Certainly if they start notching W's especially on the road. Their schedule is similar to ours so they definitely have the opportunities to quickly rise. But they'd have to jump 75 spots so probably only way they do that is by going 5-1 or 6-0 b4 the game @ Hilton

There is only 1 team left on the schedule and that is Baylor.

Beat them no matter how ugly it will be full on sucking from the teat.

At Houston and at KSU seem like guaranteed losses.

We’re never good in Austin. Cincy will be tough on the road.

I think we finish with 6 losses. If we win one of those, we’ll drop a head scratcher somewhere else.

I'll give you Houston. Everything else is winnable. The only thing guaranteed about K-st is that they're a bunch of a-holes.

The schedule to worry about besides ours is Tech's. Man, they got a favorable schedule.

Kansas State is not that good. Not sure why you would chalk that up as a guaranteed loss?

Yeah, we dominated our game with K State for 30 of the 40 minutes, and they were shooting out of their minds for that 10. I'd put the return visit as a toss up.

That's going to be a horrible environment for ISU to play in after last week.

It’s always a suck environment, but K-State fans are absolutely convinced random ISU fans have Otz’s cell number and were texting him videos of the K-State huddle. Sheer lunacy, but this is the Snyder cult we’re talking about.

They're almost all winnable. But we're probably not going to win all of them.

That only goes so far. I'm not worried at all.
What concerns me from an on-court standpoint is if they just start hitting their 3s. That's the bulk of what their offensive approach will be.

Which leads me to another game that absolutely no one is talking about as a tricky match up, and that's BYU's trip to Hilton. I feel like we're all expecting the crowd to just disrupt them, but hot 3 point shooting can travel too.

8 or more would be incredible. I feel more like 6, which would still be good.
8 seems like best case scenario. Win the remaining 5 home games, split the 6 away games. There's some tough road games there to find 3 W's (Bay, Tex, Cin, UCF, Hou, KSU).

But I think 5 is the worst case, which is still 10-8 and I think everyone would have signed up for that preseason.

I don't think there any certain losses. We certainly won't be favored at Houston and shouldn't be but I would not bet against us. This team has a toughness I have not seen at ISU and that includes the Elite 8 Team. Could look like @BYU or could look like @TCU - excited to see which.

As for KSU - I think the wheels may be coming off there. There may not much interest to play from that team by the time we get to the Octagon of Accusations. You don't have the integrity gaps they do without it catching up with you.

All that said, I agree with you think 12-6 is the target now and quite achievable.
