He just got a new contract. I think he knows how much we want him here and Jamie knows how much he wants to be here.

I agree if there needs to be a conversation at the end of the year then it's obvious Pollard and CMC have a good enough relationship to have one.

Which is a great move by our staff. They were able to hold the secret and respect the kid to allow him to announce when he wanted to. A staff that is secure enough to know they have a commitment and not need to toot their own horn. Not like the other team that had it leaked left and right about goodson.
Eh it was pretty obvious the last few days he was committing to ISU. You can kinda tell by Halsted and others' behavior if they think we're getting a guy

So did we sign three backs in 2019? Glass, Brock and Hall?

Made the rounds on the Minny, NW and just for a kick, TOE forums... hok fan guaranteed we won’t sign both Hall and Brock. Find it hilarious, given the circumstances and quotes I’ve read. Not that good players can’t be poached but it just feels great to get TWO of these kind of backs, let alone two that the hoks “wanted” at some point.

Its alright because Ferentz got his two fallback three star backs he wanted "more". Nevermind the fact they had Brock on campus literally 6-7 times. Ferentz is a fricken spoiled crybaby. They pressured Brock to commit on their timeline and he told them to fly a kite. Kirk threw a fit and moved on to their fallback recruit. Pretty simple.
At least he won't be making any visits to other schools while committed to the hoks, so that's a positive.

I’m interested to see how Brock’s game translates to a spread/shotgun offense. Didn’t realize he runs out of the Wing T offense
