Looks okay but he is playing against a lot of "slow-twitch muscle" people in this video.:swoon:
Listed as a 4* on Rivals...apparently he has unofficialed to UK and is waiting for an offer.

Was able to confirm that Jordan Mickey does now claim an offer from Iowa State, and Iowa State staff likely has watched him the past day or two while he is playing at the Adidas Invitational. I really hope we get Byron Ziegler he has some major upside. Kevin Lowe looks like he's taking it to those kids. I'd be more impressed if I saw him taking it to kids over 6' though lol

Mickey seems like a long shot, but obviously the staff thinks we have a slight chance otherwise why would they waste thier time with an offer?
I would say we need at least two bigs in this class. Hopefully legit 6’8 6’9 rebounders who can defend.
It sounds like Reid Travis is having a good start to the live period. A lot of chatter over the twitter-bird about his play with Minnesota Pump N Run.
It's too bad Travis isnt a class of '13 prospect. His physical nature seems to be exactly what we'll need after Booker graduates.
Travis has been receiving some big compliments this weekend and is just adding to the class of 2014 in Minnesota that is amazingly talented. Already starting up my summary of the first live period and players we are after in 2014 are all performing well thus far.
Also, our current commits Morris and Thomas have been doing well too. Morris and the Michigan Mustangs lost out in the second round at the Adidas Invitational, but Morris was showing great skills at the point guard position from reports. Thomas and the WI Playmakers should be wrapping up their second round game at the Next Level Invite here shortly.

With coach Hurley, URI seems to be holding their own with a lot of prospects they wouldn't otherwise. Time will tell if they can land any of them...
