RC Cola

Maybe a decade or so ago there was an article that stated that when people did a blind taste test of colas including Coke, Pepsi, RC and maybe some others that RC was substantially the leader. I still buy RC all the time.

Growing up I remember my aunt and uncle always had RC in their fridge. Of course they are in their 90s now. I think he started drinking it in WW II.

Does anybody else think this is the best cola out there? I drink a lot of Pepsi and occasionally Coke, but when ever I'm someplace that carries the Royal Crown I always buy some and ask myself why are they not at the top of the cola wars.

RC Cola in a can is a treat.

In 1976-77 it was the only cola you could get at Hilton. Other choice was Sprite

I'm not much of a cola drinker, but I find RC tolerable. But what I have done is used it for a wet brine solution to soak meat in. Deer meat in RC overnight then grill it. Dyn-o-mite. You're welcome.

Happened to stop at a grocery store this AM that had a sale on RC. When I was checking out the cashier said a customer had earlier told her that RC was being discontinued. A quick 15 second Google search led me to believe she was packing my ass.
