One of the guys at work is going to Minneapolis this weekend. Gonna watch the Huskers on Saturday and the Vikings on Sunday. Might come back real disappointed.

I got out of Dodge without incident. I avoided all of the surface streets anywhere near Target Center though.
I'll admit that did cross my mind when I was debating whether Dodge should be capitalized. But truthfully, an image of James Arness popped up in my mind first.
The professor from the linear algebra class in the room before my current class never erases any of his notes from the board before he leaves. The results from their past exam were on the board and a 47.5% curved to a C. The high score was 82% and the low was 8%. Yikes.
I was thinking of seeing Ad Astra tomorrow, then I started reading the user reviews on IMDB. Then I went to the thread about it here at CF which I had been avoiding. Looks like the general consensus is it's bad.
Dh talked about seeing this today too. I'm going to tell him this so he gets **** down around the house instead. Thanks!
Maybe I'll go see Joker instead. Majestic has like a 9:30am showing. That usually means only older people so the theater is quiet. Except for the inevitable "What did he say?"
We love going to matinees on Tuesdays now. $5 each, and your pick of seats.
Brad Pitt has two acting looks....blue steel and magnum. More variety than Alec Baldwin, but still boring.
I watched Equalizer 2 yesterday.....what a good surprise. Well produced. Denzel nails it. I thought it was a crime drama all these years, but it has a more military/national security plot points. Looking forward to watching Equalizer original.
I'm trying to be random.....I'm listening to Exile "kiss you all over" right now....does that fulfill my randomness requirement?
My parents do the same thing at their local theater...nearly every week.
I'm needing to find/carve out a time to go see Downton Abbey by myself...cuz husband sure ain't going with me. Would also like to know when the Star Wars tickets are going to start being sold. PROBABLY not opening night, because over-the-top weirdos, but most definitely opening weekend.
