Not exactly sure.
Took the dogs to the dog park in Marion before heading home. Made a comment about how I hope this is what heaven is like. Just one big dog park where everyone is happy and all your former dogs are there with you

I hope not. Effing dog named spot used to bite me as a kid before I was in school. I was scared of that dog. I didn’t get to play outside much as a little kid unless I was willing to get bit.

Speaking of ****** weather, and I am, this is the wettest spring in 80 years for the southern 1/3 of Minnesota. For "year to date" it's the 4th wettest all time for Twin Cities. They listed the 20 wettest in paper today and I have lived here for half of them.

Half the New Guinea impatiens I bought rotted in their pots before i could even plant them.

Another reason not to patronize Chick-Fil-A someone there can’t spell- at least on this ad that showed up for me here.

Weather hasn't cooperated, only seven rides in. Even as ****** as last spring was I was out a dozen times by now.

Fishing is the thing that keeps me going and I've been out very few times this year due to weird weather, high water etc. It's first world problems but I can feel a difference in my mood from just not getting out much to walk around in the water a bit.

F home ownership. Our tub faucet has been dripping bad so I tried to investigate it today. No luck even with dads help. In fact a little worse. So tonight I try and fix that but again make it worse and broke part of it causing the entire valve assembly to blow out when enough water pressure hits it. Now I am soaked, have no water in the house because the water supply for it goes directly from the main shut off with no other shut off valve in between and get to install a new one tomorrow night.

Advice from an old fart. Don’t repair anything major on Sunday night.

Actually, never do ANY plumbing on weekends that doesn't have an independent shut off value.

And, I'll add this, shower and tub plumbing valves made anytime in the last 20 years are crap. :( Even the expensive options are just fancy designed crap.

Yeah it would be awesome to have a shut off valve on that line right about now.

Thanks for the birthday wishes! Went to the farmer's market in the AM, was ok, kind crowded. Had like a 3 hour nap in PM with the baby which was my main goal, achieved!

Had our first dinner out last night in exactly one year and it was pretty good if kinda slow service. Friends watched our baby and everyone survived and seems like they are still planning to have their own baby lol. though monkey woke up as they were leaving/we got home at 11 (slow service! 8pm reservation and steak took until 9:45 to arrive) and then the nut was awake until about 12:15. Then DH let me sleep in today while he got groceries and donuts with the baby. I woke up before they left and got going outside to do yard work. Pretty good long weekend for us!
