I was thinking a special agent for a government acronym before I watched the video, like very special agent Anthony DiNozzo from NCIS. Railroad police was a surprise.
We were heading into town today for a job and saw all these cars park along the road on both sides. At first I thought an estate sale. Then I saw the fancy black Chevy Tahoe and a guy wearing a camo tactical vest and realized it was the Feds. They executed a search warrant on a man in illegal possession of a firearm.
Yeah my nieces all interview in the fall. For a company I work with their internship deadlines are Oct. 31st if I remember right.
I've heard rumors of putting blockers at the ends of a field and 1 or 2 on the steps/platform when a corn field is about finished.
Got a nice 1.5 hr bike ride in tonight after work. Went to the local state park and had a nice mix of paved, hard pack and grass. Best part was on the way out, hopped on a grass trail that cut kitty cornered across a hill, it was a lot of fun that ended up on a plank bridge then an uphill climb with some roots to make it bouncy. Overall it was a fun ride before the weather turns to poo. Sorry @BoxsterCy no mileage or speeds just a fun ride on the fat bike.
Really wanted to get one last okay weather ride in but worked till dark on my deck skirt project. Got the stone wall, framing and staining done. Measured and ready to order the redwood window shutters I use in lieu of the usual lattice wood stuff.
Still some residual landscape architect left in me.

Watching the Bucks play the Jazz and Georges is playing. Only problem is that our announcer keeps pronouncing it N'yang.
Tried to come home after work. Get 1/4 mile down the road and losing power hard. Dies as I try to turn around. Think fuel filters are bad, diesels have to be changed more often. So get it started after a bit and taken back, barely running. Walk to chore truck, which has sat for a couple weeks. Dead battery. Managed to get a charger out and get it going so I could get home. Will see what happens in the morning.
When you wake up to find out the Fightin' Former Expos came back to beat the Dodgers...on a grand slam no less.
I wanted the Nats to win, but thought the Dodgers had a way better chance to keep STL from making it to the WS.
I hope HOU wins tonight, because if not, there's a REALLY good chance it's a STL/NYY World Series. Yick.

So the vixen has to take her Mom shopping for a dress on Saturday to wear to her other daughter's wedding. Anyone in the Ames/Ankeny/Des Moines areas that can recommend a good place to shop for one? My MIL is picky, but has excellent taste in clothing. She has made my wardrobe better. 
Sheesh! It's not like it's on your dime(ler). We just benz making a few posts.
