Well i probably just erased all of my hard earned work tonight. Had a birthday party for my niece who turned 4 this week. The birthday consisted of pizza from Jeff's pizza in Ames and ice cream cake for dessert. Never had Jeff's before and it's amazing. We had a sausage and mushroom and not sure what it's called but's basically a pizza version of a baked potato. Looks like a couple of starvation days are now in order. At least I had water for my beverage and my ice cream cake piece was small.

Don't starve yourself. Just do your normal eating days and everything will work out fine.

Don't "starve" yourself. You're probably better off just eating some balanced regular meals in compliance with your plan and making sure you get in some quality exercise!!

Don't be your own worst enemy. Get togethers and events will happen from time to time. You can be mindful and make healthy choices 5/7 or 6/7 days per week.

You've got this.

Like the other guys said. Plus, you had no pop. For the win!

Yo Woo if you have time peruse the Germany/Amsterdam thread by Hogue nation (off topic forum) I know you spent some time in Germany maybe you can help him out.
I see it earlier and might be able to add something. The problem was I didn't go out much while I was there
In less happy news, it looks like there's a trip on deck to Columbia, MO to look at microfilm.
Not many good reasons to travel to Missouri, and I sure wouldn't put microfilm high on the list.
I'm sorry. Partially for going to Missouri, but mostly due to the microfilm

Speaking of food. Walked down the cereal isle at Byerly's this afternoon reading labels. Was distracted from my task only when I got hit by a crazy lady pushing her cart. Anywhoddles, as CG would say, I found only one cereal that did not have sugar processed into it. One. Just one. I mean some had fairly small amounts but still had sugar aged. Bought the Shredded Wheat "Original".

Drink some pop. You'll have more excitement.
