Taylor Mays just ran an unofficial 4.24 40, which is especially impressive since he is 6'3" 230. Do the Raider's need a safety?

Who knows if they need a safety, but they do need a really fast guy, right?

Thats too predictable for Al. He really reaches for his picks.

he has low football IQ, thats his only knock besides tackling, even if the Raiders don't make a play for him, whoever takes him needs to teach him how to tackle, and if he cant learn that and how to play the zone, they should try him at LB because of his size and focus on tackling. He needs to learn how to tackle though, thats his biggest problem.

he's kind of in an Atari Bigby mold, big guy, impressive physical attributes, but gets lost in coverage and misses tackles
