I agree, that's one of the funniest commercials I've seen in awhile. And it did get me to go out and buy some bigger shirts, so it's very effective.

Peyton seems to get a lot of crap for doing so many commercials, but I enjoy most of them because he's a pretty funny guy. As far as I'm concerned he's earned the right to do as many commercials as he wants. Now little brother is a different story. I laugh hysterically everytime I see the Citizen watch commercials that say: "Unstoppable. Eli Manning is, and so is his Citizen Ecodrive watch." Last time I checked, Eli Manning was far from 'unstoppable.'

There are a lot of athletes that can't pull this sort of thing off, but Peyton seems very comfortable in his endorsement role. I really enjoy his humor that he brings to the commercials (and to his SNL hosting opportunity). He impresses me both on and off the field.

It sounds stupid, but the funniest part of that commercial, to me, is the look on his face at the very beginning of it when he's saying "Red 88."

The ESPN commercial with he and his brother is pretty good also.

I sent a couple of these "pep talks" out to some friends a couple of weeks ago. Now if only I could get some personalized Lou Holtz pep talks to send out.....
