ISU has 25,000 students, Tulsa has 4000.

ISU is in the Big XII, Tulsa is in the USA

ISU has $$$$ budget, Tulsa $

Who has the better team?

I guess we find out on game day, your logic has us losing most games in conference, against Iowa, etc. I expect to win, but this is a tough first game

Idk I would be worried if we were playing this team. Seems like they are a pretty good team.

I don't know. They might not be as good as Tennessee Tech or Louisiana-Monroe.

Honestly though, I think Tulsa will play us pretty tough. They will miss their stud QB though. We will see how Cody Green plays. I think our defense will step up and it will be up to our offense to show some consistency.

Is that the qb that transferred from nebraska?

I just assum that you're always trolling.

I was just busting your chops.

I gave you a real response as well. I think Tulsa will be pretty good, but not as good as last year with Kinne.

don't think that a small 4000 student school has a slim budget for a college. tulsa has plenty of oil barrons in their graduates,so they have a nice cash flow coming into their coffers like osu and oklahoma.. if we had some of that black gooey stuff underneath our good iowa black dirt, i would suspect that we would have a better donor pool of alumni, too, for our athletic programs....

Tulsa was 8-4 last year and lost a close bowl game to BYU that they should have won. Doesn't sound like a cupcake to me.

Should be a tough opener for us which I think is good. It was good that we were threatened and damn near beat against UNI. I think we win this one by 10ish points however.

Cody Green was shut down at NU why should we bethreatened by him passing with only two lineman back? Our D should be able to slow down their running game I hope, hopefully our first time DB's are on their toes and put in a solid performance.

Very compareable to UNI last season, but not as good defensively or at QB. A good opening game, looking forward to it.
