Possibilities of Charlie Strong coming to ISU

I dont think that would ever happen. One guy i think would fit the bill is Ruffin McNeill. Coach of ECU 41-30 overall record, and has ties to the Big 12 through TTU. Not sure he'd take on the challenge tho.
