PS2 has been obsolete for quite awhile. Get an Xbox 360 and play some Gears 2 in HD. It's a blasty-blast. Forget the ps3, just buy a nicer blu-ray player instead of wasting money.

My fiance bought me Guitar Hero World Tour on PS2 for Christmas, so it's not completely obsolete...yet.

Since someone brought up PS2.... I am playing GTA III and somehow the controls got inverted and I can't get them changed back. Anybody know how to fix that?

I still have a PS2. I play it occasionally. There are still a lot of cool games I always wanted but don't have. I recently just got San Andreas and have played that some. We still play Rock Band with friends during parties. It serves it's purpose yet for us.

I'd either get a Wii or PS3 next.

Im with you. I cant get myself to upgrade. My PS2 looks ok on my new TV after purchasing a new cable.

I mainly play NCAA 09, Tiger Woods, or Medal of Honor.

ps3 is amazing its a little pricey but you can use it as an internet browser store music photos videos, go to ps store and purchase games online for a little cheaper purchase old ps1 and ps 2 games as well like old castlevainia on ps1 also on the ps store you can rent or purchase movies blu ray and most titles. the have ps home now which is similar to sims and you can run around talk to people all over play pool bowl whatch movie trailers shop in a mall. There is hardly any load time and in HD WOW. And unlike Xbox playing people online is FREE. I just got one its amazing sorry for the run on. Bad news though rumors are the ps4 will be coming out in 2011 or 2012

Ya they same thing happened to me, i loved my ps2, but then all of a sudden they became old news. Then just this xmas my bro got a 360 and i havent looked back since.

I went from PS2 to XBox360 this year, specifically for NCAA Football 09 (and the Online Dynasty).

I have not touched my PS2 since, but I'm not really a big gamer. I only have the one game for my XBox.

I'm sure I'll bust it out at some point to play Tiger Woods or something.

Put a hard drive in it and you'll have an entire library of games waiting for you at the video store. That will keep you busy for a while.
